All development deliverables (Starter, Professional, Enterprise custom stacks) adhere to timeline milestones detailed in formal contract agreements. Milestone delays resulting from missing client media will automatically adjust delivery schedules.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final budget settlements, all custom codebases, graphic assets, database models, and CMS configuration handles belong entirely to the client under absolute commercial transfer.

4. Limit of Liabilities

Web Artisans provides high-performance codebases backed by secure standards. We are not liable for sales drops, SEO search index algorithmic updates, or host server downtime outside our direct support agreements.
